Q:I am looking for dunk goods that are not listed on your site, can you provide them?
A: If you are looking for dunk goods we don't list on our site. Please click contact with us with a picture, a serial number or the model number of the goods. The more details given, the easier and quicker to locate the products in the factory.

Q:How can I make a return or exchange?
A: Returns or exchanges are permitted. If you have made a mistake in ordering a wrong goods and wish to change for a different model, we allow an exchange process within 3 days of receiving the goods and a $30 Handing & shipping cost will apply. And Shoes must be free of wear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation. Shipping charges are not refundable. All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as EMS, US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express.
